PARKING:
Overnight parking is available across the street from the venue.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Guests must bring in proof of purchase of their ticket. The tickets may be presented in a physical form or in a digital form.
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
Guests are not allowed to bring in food or alcohol to the event. All food and drink must be purchased at Smoke on the Water.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Feel free to take pictures during our event and share them on social media! We would love to have you tag us in your photos!
TICKET SALES DEADLINE:
Ticket Sales will close the morning of the event.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
A limited amount of general admission tickets may be available at the door. Please note that general admission tickets do not guarantee a seat during the performance.
REFUND POLICY
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR TICKET SALES.
REENTRY POLICY
If you need to leave the event for any reason, reentry can only be gained by proof of purchase of your ticket or the event wristband.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
If the event is canceled, a credit will be given for the rescheduled event.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the Smoke on the Water Event Staff.
